  1. history tells me there will be a crash and all these sheep will lose half there net worth in a very short period of time. if a market is hot like that you rent . I've seen middle class white people put out on the streets in droves in California just for making this simple mistake . economys are like hills they go up then they come back down.

  2. 75k average price is great for a Canadian city… But making 180k is like the 10% of Canadians but st some point this bubble has to stop…

  3. Looks awful.. the 'high end' area is a little better, but still looks run down, and still v expensive.. Toronto is a different class city, but to each its own.
