A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Phil attended local public schools and graduated from Flour Bluff High School. He obtained his BBA from Texas A & I University and completed a three year banking school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, receiving his Graduate Banking Degree.

He is a third generation banker and began his banking career with Citizens Bank of Corpus Christi while completing college. The rapid economic growth of the area during the next twenty-five years resulted in opportunity for both the bank and Phil.

At the age of twenty-five he was promoted to Vice President and Cashier; making him the youngest bank vice president in the south Texas region at that time. For the last twenty years with Citizens Bank, Phil served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.

Active in business and civic affairs during his banking career, Phil was well known as a dedicated banker and an enthusiastic participant in community affairs.

Since "retiring" from banking in 1998, he has concentrated on the sale of both commercial and residential real estate. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1982 and has practiced in Pennsylvania for the last six years. Phil's experience, training and openly friendly manner quickly endure him with his clients. They know that he puts their interests first and that he is available 24/7.

As an early user of personal computers, Phil uses the latest real estate technology to provide his clients with efficient tools to match and/or track their needs. Links to powerful real estate data bases allow him to conduct effective marketing campaigns for the sale of homes and to assist buyers find the properties matching their criteria.
