Eric is a Northern California Native, born in Sacramento and lived in Carmichael, Loomis, Auburn, San Carlos and currently lives in Union City.
While he lived in Southern California, Eric wrote and produced his first Television Sitcom titled: The Flower Shop.
After moving back to Northern California he then formed a partnership and worked to create two local Real Estate TV shows.
Eric has been in the Title Insurance and Real Estate Industry for over 14+ years.
Eric is a highly respected REALTOR® member of the San Mateo County Association of Realtors (SAMCAR) being the recipient of the 2001 Affiliate of the Year Award.
Eric also received the respect of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB) by being named statewide affiliate of the month for July 2002.
Eric has in-depth training which includes special real estate courses such as Economics, Financing, Legal Aspects, Appraisal, Real Estate Practice, Title Insurance, Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.
In 2007 Eric completed his 2nd Masters Degree in Accounting and Finance.
