I have a rigorous tenant screening process, and even though I hate having vacancies I’d rather let my houses sit vacant for a month than accept a tenant that doesn’t fully meet my criteria.

And the proof is in the pudding – here is a house of mine that is turning over now.

  1. I live in the Detroit subs. And get nothing but but low lifes for tenants. And they have all the laws in their favor. Even if you sue them and win they just file for bankrupcy.
