One of the real estate investor website platforms I’ve been hearing about A LOT over the past few years is called Investor Carrot.

Investor Carrot has been growing like crazy, and even though it’s one of the more pricey subscription services I’ve come across to date, there’s a reason why a lot of investors are using this service for their website needs.

Not only do they make it VERY easy to build websites that looks amazing, but they also allow users to make a lot of customizations to the look and feel of their site (including the submission forms) without knowing any code, and without having to work around any restrictive settings. They also specialize in the SEO aspect of website building, so if you’re trying to find effective ways to drive more traffic to your website, they have a lot of resources available to help you do just that.

As you can see from the video above – Investor Carrot has made it extremely easy to create a website that looks professional and builds credibility WITHOUT wasting a lot of your time in the process.

Whether you’re a house flipper, property manager, wholesaler, realtor or land investor – we ALL have a fundamental need (whether we realize it or not) for a well-organized, highly functional, good looking online space that services our business well.

If you want to give people a solid first impression that causes them to come back again and again, you’re going to need something that gives you instant credibility in the eyes of your prospects and customers.

This may sound obvious – but you’d be surprised at how many real estate websites I see that look like a total joke. There are countless websites on the internet that are poorly designed and fail to include some of the crucial features and information that visitors expect to see. I realize it’s probably easy to throw up a website like this and call it good – but this is the kind of thing that will end up hurting a business more than it helps.

Here are just a few of the features that come with every Investor Carrot website:

– All websites are mobile responsive
– You can easily create and customize submission forms
– Easy integration with all major email services (e.g. – – MailChimp, Aweber, iContact, Constant Contact, GetResponse, etc.)
– Easy social media integration
– Several different templates available to work with.
– Excellent customer service and support
– Tons of additional training and education available
– Major emphasis placed on SEO and driving traffic
– Websites come pre-populated with quality content
– Simple process for creating real estate listings, optimized for pictures, video and easy share-ability
– Easy to manage leads, autoresponders and analytics

Overall, I thought Investor Carrot was a pretty solid option for building a website, but your experience may vary. The link above is affiliate link to the Investor Carrot homepage and at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you decide to purchase this particular tool/service. I recommend this resource because it is helpful and useful, not because of the small commission I make if you decide to buy it. Please do not spend your money on this unless you feel it will help you achieve your goals. #investorcarrot #oncarrot #realestatewebsite #realestateinvestor #realestateinvesting #website #wordpress

  1. Hey Seth,

Was the transition from Lead Propeller to Investor Carrot easy and have you recognized a significant difference? Thanks….happy investing!

  2. Looks like a great system for those that dont know about web dev. One important note, google penalizes sites with duplicate content. So those using the templates will want to make sure to change at lease 80% of the text to unique content

  3. Glad that you posted this today with an affiliate link as I was just on my way to sign up with Investor Carrot. I will be sure to let you know what I think. Thanks Seth.
