  1. understand its NYC and the scarcity (take economics?) of the property and what you're getting correlates the price, yeah its overpriced but its makes sure only someone super exclusive gets to buy it. thats new york ladies and gents.

  2. What a ghastly way to live. To each his own, but we like our green grass, trees, blue sky, and the gritty earth under our humble abode.

  3. SO "NOBLE" OF NOBLE TO SHOW HIS LISTINGS. —————-> But… then after your long elevator ride down to street level. You get greeted with panhandlers, noise, pollution, traffic, garbage. Sooo nice ! Hey, you do have marble counters.

  4. Some Russian Oligarch bought a penthouse in Manhattan for much closer to a billion dollars that 100 million. Why not show that?

  5. It's not worth 8 million…here in South Africa you can buy the most expensive house in South Africa for that price and it's located in the Clifton Beach area with spectacular views of the sea and the house is massive and ultra-modern and the people around you are very friendly.

  6. When the host of the show pointed at central park u can see there are more floors above. Clearly it's not the penthouse. They show a different apartment.. U can see pictures of $100 million ONE57 penthouse from Google. U can also see the master bedroom picture from there. This apartment maybe worth $30 to $40 million.
