  1. I didnt know you were doing this on such a huge scale, how many houses do you have available at any given time? Wont you eventually run out of people to rent the properties in the area?

  3. Just like i thought! I set up a call with Morris Invest, got a call from "James" spent 30min and advised him I'm ready to get started and he was to send me properties to look at later that day. One week later I've not received any emails at ALL! Interesting, during the call i kept stating I'm ready to look at deals , I'm ready to look at deals….meaning I'm liquid 300k ! Well let me tell you my thoughts on Morris Invest….a cute couple ex professional broad casters …Hint! Brings me back to the days of Carlton Sheets! For those of you to young to remember him google him and you get my point! So buyer be wear ..So as any resourceful investor would do that's motivated to get started i continued my search and found the resources i needed. My advise for all of you caught up with the ex TV personality now big time real estate investor. Move on ..don't waste your time you can do it without Morris Invest! You can do it …take a week make the calls and you can find the help you need!

  4. First off just want to say I like your videos, very informative and easy to follow.. But I just spoke to one of your market specialists and he tells me $50k homes are rare, I'm actually looking at homes from $65-85k….what???? I just wanted to find a home for $50k to invest in as my first rental something I can start slowly and gain more experience from…. I left that call dazed and confused with a lot of info that made no sense to me like having to find a property management company, I thought your company would place a tenant? Using my IRA for deposits etc….Robert Kiyosaki says if you know what you're taking about u should be able to explain it to a 9 year old, well I think I need to be 90 to understand what was told to me today lol!!! Please help!!!!

  5. Hey morris how do you buy house between 45 k – 50 k I mean in my locality houses are between 350 k – 500k or up to 1M do you buy mobile house ?? Pls rply by the way love your videos

  6. Do you find it is better to do carpeting throughout or put a heavy duty laminate wood floor in to avoid the carpet damage and replacement costs?

  8. Im in love with investing in RE. I understand these videos are meant for individuals who have the cash available right now. But how about those of us who dont have the IRAs, the cash saved up, the private investor ready and lined up for buying houses like these which I love? Is there an opportunity for people like me who wants to buy investment houses? Credit is OK but just dont have all that cash to acquire houses such as these…What can we do? if anything…!!

  9. Hello Clayton, When you say the uglier the better, do you also factor in the quality of the neighbourhood, or does that not matter ?? Oh, by the way, thank you for sharing what you do. You have given me new perspective on, "buying and holding" vs "buying and flipping". I do enjoy your presentations.
