  1. I'm looking to buy my first investment property early to mid 2018. I'm currently going to school full time for carpentry/construction and working nights at a factory. I've spent the last 2 weeks listening to audio books on real estate investing and BP podcasts while working. So basically my employer is, unbeknownst to them, paying me to get an education in real estate. Muahahaha. I've gained sooooo much knowledge so far from these podcasts. I'm very excited to jump in the game soon. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with all of us!

  2. I know this is almost a year old, but I sure hope they have sound-bytes to replace their “on-the-fly” effects. The Quick Tip intro was attention-grabbing in the alarming way.

  4. I think a single home rental for beginners would be a good idea. I know nothing about investing and haven't even started my first deal so correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be a lot easier to figure out your mistakes with a small experimental property that wouldn't be hard to get rid of if problems arise?

  6. Wow, the show notes for show #200 must be several pages! Great stuff, thanks so much.
I'm heading there now to start downloading, lol. Thanks again for putting out so much information, it's good to hear from people who are experienced and want to share knowledge compared to people who have set up their 'system' and are selling their program. Very appreciated.

  7. Basically, over an hour of plugging the website, with sprinkles of them saying, "do what works for you." very little actual advice. c'mon guys.

  8. Hi, Guys, one of my good friends recommended your podcast to me and it was very informative and give me a lot of good directions to get started. I am a retired military person and I'm working as a Defense Contractor in the Middle East (UAE). I have a bit of additional income that I would like to start to establish a Real Estate Investing Portfolio. Can you recommend a playlist for Newbies In Real Estate Investing vs me fumbling through all your great podcasts?
