A Rare FInd in Brooklyn

This Brookyln home is a rare find. So rare in fact, that the Architect built this home, and only this home! A historic victorian home in Prospect Park South.
It’s not often homes like this hit the market. The 10,000 + square-foot mansion, features ionic columns, a dramatic ballroom and plenty of historic details.
Friend to the show, Ryan Serhant from Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York gives us the tour.

  1. Glad it finally sold. I still can't believe the former owners took such good care of the interior and let the exterior basically sit there and rot.

  2. I live in Brooklyn and my tiny 15×40 foot 2 floor (top floor is 15×30 feet) and an unfinished basement. The house with worth 2 million. We own 2 of these things as in 2009 when we bought them they were $250k each. Crazy how NY prices work.

  3. Perfect horizontal, vertical spacing in every room, this house is well done. Modern decorewould ruin it 🙁 the owner hopefully is bizarre and interesting. Wishful thinking :/
