  7. Can someone clarify this. He says you buy a property and have an assignment contract to another person for a higher price. Then he says you did this with no money but you need the money to buy the property in the first place, before you can assign it over for a higher price. 

  8. Have you ever heard of a Simultaneous Closing? Or, Wholesaling Real Estate/ Co-Wholesaling? Essential i am acting as a middle man and am connecting sellers and buyers (investors) And in short, i add on a spread, or commission fee as i orchestrate the deal.  But, mostly on properties that are strictly meant for fixing up. So, it will have a value of $60 to $90 k as a fix and flip. Does this method work in Canada?

    I know it works in the US.
